Double Gloucester with Onions and Chives Cheese (1 Pound)

I haven't been able to find a cotswold in my local markets, so I ordered this. This is a very good, though not world-class, cotswold.

Love the cheese. Glad I can get it through Amazon.

Texture and complex flavor makes this cheese one of my favorites.

I love Double Gloucester with Chives, and haven't been able to get it for years. Didn't think of looking on Amazon, and was Very pleased that they carry it. This seller's website has an enormous variety of cheeses.

Kind of pricey but definitely worth a try

I first tasted this Cotswold Cheese when I lived in England. It was the "Pub Lunch" at my local pub. When I came back to the states, I found it on Amazon, and have ordered one or two of the one pound rounds every year. Yes, Trader Joe's does carry it, but in small quantities. Next time I will order the 5 pound wheel. Merry Christmas!

Had this as part of the cheese course at a local restaurant (Matthew's). Unfortunately, this particular cheese is not available locally. Had no idea we'd find it on Amazon but took a chance. So glad we did! The cheese arrived in appropriate packaging and was enjoyed immensely. A Trader Joe's is coming to our area later this year and we understand they carry this on a regular basis. Hooray!

Great tasting cheese, not too mild or too sharp. Very flavorful. The onion and chives complement it perfectly. Just wish it wasn't so expensive and difficult to obtain. You can't stockpile it either...it doesn't keep.
