I think VI would better for seat
I order soft foam III, the stuff stick extra well, however I think it is a bit stiff for a motorbike seat. perhaps the soft foam IV pillow soft would be better choice.

Ok, but results are not great
Difficult to get desired results with this foam it product. Steep learning curve.
