Excellent quality bone broth powder!
Exactly what I was looking for! It has a fairly neutral taste that mixes well into other things for added nutrients and protein. My favorite treat is to make bone broth hot chocolate with a high quality hot chocolate mix. I used a frother to blend the bone broth powder, hot chocolate mix, and hot water together, and I had no clumps or issues with it blending. So good! This bone broth powder is now a permanent staple in my kitchen.

Better than Naked Rice
Okay so taste wise, it blends really well but sometimes doesnt taste amazing depending on what you make it with. I will put half a seving in my smoothies and it is tasteless, but the 2 scoops gives kind of a bitter taste sometimes to be expected. Vloats me way less than the Naked Rice.

Cement
I had really high hopes for this product. I added it to boiling water and it just clumped up into like cement-like clumps. I tried straining it and sipping on what’s left and it tasted disgusting. I threw it out and would not purchase again.

DO NOT be afraid of the taste. It's quite good.
Very tasty and didn't interfere too much with other flavors.I added it to some canned chicken noodle soup and it tasted a little different, but still very good.Glad to have this product as apart of my "high protein" special diet arsenal.I'm a chemically sensitive person, so can't have artificial color, flavor or preservative; this met that health/safety concern.Wish the jugs were thinner, making the cap smaller to grip -- or some easier way to unscrew the cap. I needed assistance with that.High value for the money.

Be Creative & Patient w/ this Protein Powder & You Might Enjoy It
First, this is a protein powder. Don't buy this thinking it's a broth or bouillon. It's a good substitute for whey or plant-based protein powders if they upset your stomach. You'll have to work at getting the powder to break down because, as everyone had already said, it seriously clumps and WILL foam in a blender or blender bottle. I suggest boiling water, blending, letting it rest to reduce the foam, then reheating a bit of you like a hot mug. For cold water, just blend and rest (might be a bit longer to decrease). Stirring will take you forever and the clumps stick to the sides of everything. The taste is bland but faintly brothy. You can add a bit of sea salt, soy sauce, and/or chili oil to add a bit of character as I've found those things help the flavor a lot. I haven't experimented with anything else but if you take a "soup base" mentality without going overboard on sodium, you'll be fine.

cement after being boiled on the fork, so ... ? maybe thats the nature of clean bone broths?
boil water blend with a fork, the powder that doesn't full blend on the fork turns to cement, requiring a sharp knife to remove it, so not sure how else to blend it without the time required to then scrape off the fork and not cut myself doing so, maybe some kind of disposable fork , not sure if I should be concerned if its cement on my fork, its cement later in my biome ?

Excellent mix as well and creamy taste
This is my fourth purchase. I put two scoops in my hot coffee with 1 tablespoon of shaved organic cocoa butter and 1 teaspoon of MCT oil. I put it in my ninja and blend it at high speed and then put it in my hot thermos. I can’t live without this to start my day. My chiropractor had recommended this brand to me.
