Awesome
This is the second time I have ordered an AC adapter from T-Power. They are an amazing company and provide quality products. They have, once again, impressed me.I am using this adapter for my daughter's Inspiron E1705 (the computer doesn't exactly work, no OS and the hard drive is locked, but she likes pushing buttons and stuff and watching things pop up on the screen). Either way, the charger works as it should and is suitable for at least one of the units listed.

Superb Cusatomer Service
When I received this product, I initially gave a star as the power supply pin did not fit my desktop. The product description and the packaging all gave the correct voltage, amps and wattage and specifically listed my model number. I was going to give up, let the rating ride and throw the unusable power supply in my box of various power supplies and adaptor, hoping to find a future use. However, Customer Service reached out to me and after a couple of iterations and exchange of pictures, they found a workable solution and shipped me an adaptor for the power supply to my desktop. Works like a champ!! Kudos to customer service. (I can not find my original review to edit so this one is newly generated.

I would give this 0 stars if I could
COMPLETE and utter JUNK. First of all, this adapter fits the power of the monitor POORLY. The socket itself is loose enough that it falls out. The Power connection was intermittent. Juggling the cord made it work again, but between the 'adapters' and the outlet itself, it is just too many connections and is obviously of POOR quality because now it doesn't work AT ALL. Literally at all. When I pulled the power cord off the back of the monitor, the little power head FELL OFF. No wonder the power was intermittent. It was BARELY soldered in place! I have had this item less than a month. BUYER BEWARE.

During my last move somehow the power cord didn’t make it through. I am very happy that I was able to order one for my dell computer without having to pay an outrageous amount of money.

Great and reliable charger

The first charger arrived Rey quickly but didn't work. It gave an error message that it wouldn't charge and to use a dell charger. I e-mailed the company and they responded in under a half hour. In their response they had already sent a new one and sent me a postage paid return label. The second one works great and I have had no issues whatsoever. I'm very pleased with the product and also the assistance. It's a reasonably priced charger and should work great for time to come. I hope this review helps you out.

Great replacement powercord!!
I received this replacement powercord for my Dell 24" all in one touch screen computer. This was a Great inexpensive option to getting my computer up and running again.

no return call from customer service
item stated is supposed to be for the exact same pc i have. the power adapter is the wrong size to fit pc, called customer service and left message. no return call yet as of 72 hrs..
