I think there is quite a lot of sugar in them? Also not clear on bottle how much you need for daily intake? It says 200mg but not the RI? I could be wrong, these things are complicated but why not make it clearer?

It states that these are vegan friendly but when you look at the ingredients list it mentions gelatine from cattle.
