Great purchase!
This bike has been amazing. No problems at all. 23 year old son loves it. Made well, sturdy, operates well, battery lasts a long time.. all day. We’ve had to tighten the breaks a few times but otherwise has performed well. Have replaced one tire and tube because he ran over something, but local bike shop had it and not too expensive. Bike itself has been great and worked as advertised. Have had it since last november.

No customer service!!
My kiddo loves this bike. Keep putting E 0003 code error. We have done everything to get it going. On warranty for 6 months but no response after 3 email/ customer support.

Cool
The bike is awesome but the suspension needs to be a little tighter or adjustable and it doesn't have quite enough power when you start up hill. But it is a cool product!

Everything we expected
UPDATE: 250 miles on the Z8 Pro...no issues at all. Had a flat tire (it happens) and upgraded the tires.We already have 2 of the Z8s with over 350 miles on each one and we are really happy with them. Added one of the Z8 Pro for myself. I am very happy with the extra added miles that I can ride with the Pro version. Unfortunately the Pro version came out about a month after we ordered the Z8s. We would have ordered all 3 in the Pro version. So far I have 95 miles on it. No issues at all.

Defective
The media could not be loaded. Disappointing product— the motor assembly arrived defective and seized up completely, making it impossible to install or repair. Even after professional help, it’s unusable, and I’m out $400 in labor costs. Video evidence from the shop confirms it’s a total failure. Needs a full replacement. Avoid this if you want reliable parts

Electric problem
It won't power up. Maybe battery issue. The electric will not work. Worked for only one day! I did everything the instructions told me to do.Probably something wrong with wire connections. Also my bank account has changed since the purchase. I need your help in regards to this matter ASAP. Don't want get my lawyer involved if I don't have to. But I will if need be. It's to bad because I did like the bike. But what good is it if it doesn't work!!
