Waterwise 3200 Countertop Water Distiller System for Home and Office, 1 Gallon Tritan Carafe Collector

I use this distiller every day to distill water for the whole family. It does a great job, and I can never imagine being without one! I have had three of this company's previous distillers, and I have always used the heck out of them! It took years, but I literally wore them out. I keep buying these distillers because they are the perfect size, and do a great job! They produce sweet, fresh, clear, clean, distilled water, and the whole family loves it, including my dogs!

I bought the Wisewise 3000 more than 1 year ago. I've used it about 5 times/week during cold temperatures -- and it has been perfect. No problems. Yes -- one must not let water drip down the sides of the containers and must check that both containers are correctly fastened in their places. And one must not use other electric machines at the same time if you are in a bathroom or another small room. [I don't know about kitchens . . .] I use the distilled water in all the small humidifiers I have around the house.

Been using water wise for years

Waterwise 3200. Ordered April 6th. Already failed. Unit is heating but cooling fan will not come on until unit overheats and shuts off. This is our second waterwise. First one lasted over ten years. Not too happy with this one. Hope customer service reads this.

I live my machine. I had problems with my GFR plug in. I had got water on the outside of the part that holds the water for distilling and it got on the plug in and my GFR would not let it work. Be very careful when filling it with water. I would say to fill another container and then pour it into the machine. If it happens to you just take a blow dryer and put it by the female connection and dry it out and also inside of the machine where the male connection is and dry it out.

The Mfr is reputable and accepted return without any problem. Do not put the boiler into the sink while filling and fill from in there. Instead keep the base dry and use a separate jug to pour the water into the boiler. You do not want to create a short by getting water between the boiler interior and the outer plastic shell around it. If you are careful with that then this machine is sturdy and elegantly designed. It should give you good service if careful.

I've been drinking distilled water for years and have used a distiller originally made by GE at half the price with the last one lasting 7 years. This one, at pretty much twice the price, is much better designed, quieter, and much more attractive by far. For the money only disappointment I have is only a one year warranty. The 3 GE ones I had over the years had 3 year warranty I believe.

Awesome unit! Well worth the money! Result is pure water that is very healthy and refreshing to drink! Using distilled water in the coffee maker will result in better tasting coffee and less cleaning needed for the coffee maker. Animals love it. Plants love no more chlorine in the water. 4 hours for 1 pot is on the mark. Highly recommended!
