I still have a ways to go as I am chronically constipated, but a little help goes a long way – especially when releasing toxins from my body is something that’s always been an issue.I have been taking this supplement consistently for over a month now and my health is on the mend. I feel lighter and less full (for lack of a better word). My skin is clearer and I can tell I am digesting a lot better than I was prior to the end of last year.This is something I plan on keeping as part of my regular regimen as a lifestyle change... I see the bang for my buck. These are easy for me to swallow (not that I have issues with swallowing medicine). And there is no after flavor… I accidentally chewed one being greedy trying to swallow this and my food (I had just begun my eating window) and there was no weird taste!

I purchased the amen brand and it didn’t seem to be doing anything I expected. I purchased another recommended brand. The person said to do the gel test. The left cloudy glass is this product. The other one is the recommended product. The cloudy one has absolutely no gelling power. The on their one comes out in a glob and continues to gel. They also do not allow returns. I expect this has very very little ingredient in it if any.
