no longer shipped with ice pack - impacts potency/effect
I have been ordering for awhile - where as it used to be shipped with an ice pack it no longer is - this is concerning as the label clearly states it is best to keep in a cool dry/cold environment . Would like the manufacturer to address this .

Not that good
This probiotic was purchased to go on a long trip due to the small size of the pills compared to my usual powder that takes up so much room. These however don’t work and I was constipated the entire time.

It didn't come with an ice pack. It was warm by the time I received it so I had to throw it away
