3 in 1 Postpartum Support - Recovery Belly Wrap Girdle Support Band Belt Body Shaper

Okay. So I just had my baby 4 days ago, and I decided to put the whole contraption in because... well why not.I am currently 5’6”, with super wide hips (I’m 22, even though that doesn’t really matter) and this was my second son. I birthed naturally, with an incredibly easy delivery.I won’t lie. I had never felt so disgusting after I had my baby. I didn’t have this for my first baby, so this is all kind of new to me.So, I weigh 183 right now. My belly went down quite a bit, but I’m still on the wide and chubbier side. The “one size” is fine, but it’s super hard to get on if you’re not super talented with pulling and pinning.I put on the belly band (latch in front, which I didn’t realize at first was what you were supposed to do, stupid me had it on backwards). Then the belly/waste. And then the pelvic belt.After putting it on and walking around for a few minutes, then taking it off to readjust myself, the feeling was incredible. You feel so tight and out back together when you have the harnesses on. And as soon as you take it off, you can feel the weight of your belly and how it kind of just lays there. You WILL see this under clothes, there’s no way around it. But for the first few weeks after child birth, you’re better off getting this then a belly cincher (which is what I originally planned on buying).I put this on over a tank top with a built in bra. It itched, pinched and rubbed all the wrong ways on the skin.SO. For the chubbier of the new moms (nothing more frustrating then seeing only super skinny woman wearing these)— I’d say it’s worth the money. And it’s worth The struggle to get on. And the uncomfortable feeling of being normal is an added bonus

DISCLAIMER: I bought this product 2 weeks after an abdominal hysterectomy surgery where they removed a volleyball sized tumor. I had a lower c section incision. A larger vaginal incision and 4 small 1” inch laparoscopic incisions around my abdomen. I was suffering from severe lower abdomen dependent edema post surgery. No one ever suggested an abdominal binder post surgery but being a nurse I knew compression might help my swelling. I started wearing just the pelvic band since I was 2 weeks out and I believe that’s what was recommended per the instructions. It helped support my incision site but in my situation I had so many incisions and swelling sights I felt I needed the whole 3 pieces. I’ve been wearing the full 3 pieces for 3 days now and my swelling is visibally improved and I am able to move around much easier. Sneezing and coughing pain has also much improved! I’ve been able to get around easier and been able to cut down on pain meds. I can’t speak for wearing each piece separately but I can say I will give this product a 5 Star when all 3 are worn together! My abdomen shape almost looks better than pre surgery! Only downside is that I have an average 25” waist and the waist belt is waaay too big for me. All belts are in the larger size.

I liked the belt for the first 2 months. After that, it started shifting and rolling up every time I would sit down. Since I have a long torso, that meant that my tummy didn’t get the support I needed. Hence, my 3-in1 belts are collecting dust in my closet for the past 3 months.(Updated on 9/25/18)After the company received my review, I was contacted and they sent me a new model, which I love! I am 5 days postpartum and weigh 203lbs. I ordered the regular size and it fits perfect. Don't let the weight limit keep you from getting the smaller one. I felt so much support right away after putting it on. It gives me back relief as forces better posture. I love that you have the option to wear 1,2, or 3 pieces. Great buy for the price!

I was very skeptical of this item but lemme tell ya, it works. I had my baby on Aug 23 via C-Section and my OBGYN confirmed it was okay to use this the very next evening.Not only does it relieve the pain from my incision but it also helps to relieve the postpartum cramping pain while also shrinking my belly.Thank God I am now 4 days postpartum and my belly has almost shrunk down to it’s original size from before I ever started having kids. This is my 3rd baby and I had a little bulge after my 2nd that never went away even with all my exercises and that was 3 years ago. Thank God...now, my belly is shrinking faster than it did with my first two kids.Get it! It works!

I bought this wrap to help hold in my belly while I exercise to heal the diastasis recti my children gave me. I wear the belly band and waist cincher together. They work fairly well, but I'm petite and neither cinches quite tight enough for me (this is not a humble brag; I'm simply small, but my belly sticks out). This wrap is a bit bulky and hot and rides up throughout the day and I have to tug it down periodically. It gets the job done and protects me from quick movements that would otherwise cause me pain, but if I can find a more breathable, less bulky corset-type thing for summer, I'll switch to that.EDIT: Since I wrote this review, I tried some official, medical-grade girdles, and I wanted to modify my review. All that I said above is still true, but now I can say that this wrap gives better compression with less discomfort than the other girdles/corsets I've tried. It's still hot and bulky, and if I wear it while doing vigorous exercise in warm (70F and up) weather it's very sweaty and makes me feel kind of sick to my stomach, but at least I can wear it without pain, and, along with specific exercises, it does seem to be helping bring my abdominal muscles back together. I'll still be looking for something more breathable for summer, but I have a more positive opinion of this wrap now.

I like that it comes in 3 pieces so I can between wearing all 3 or just the belly band or waist trainer. Photo is 11 days post partum with the belt on on the right and after removal on the left. I definitely feel it is helping me to engage my core muscles and hold everything in though it does get uncomfortable to wear while sitting down for long periods.
