For the price, the durable 8x8 Quictent with mesh screening is great. Last year our first one served our purposes beautifully. It was permanently screwed down to our sun-drenched deck at our getaway cottage all summer and fall and withstood all sorts of inclement weather. It kept out the bugs and blocked some of the sun. This year we decided to purchase a fresh clean new one to replace the old one, as we were so pleased with the first one. With this new one, we had some problems with the mesh screening fitting the canopy caused by defects from the factory with the first few. Eventually, through working with their awesome customer service person Cicely, everything was made right. I have never had such great customer service. Quictent backs their product 100%. Every time I emailed Cicely, she got back to me within 24 hours. We now, once again, have an attractive, sturdy screen room on our deck. Quictent was determined to resolve the problem and didn't stop until it was resolved. This kind of determination to fixing a problem is rare in this day and age, and we will not hesitate to purchase a replacement canopy and mesh screening next year after a harsh year on our deck.

I purchased this canopy for our Pop Up Market and when we received and opened, it was already assembled (top was attached) the Velcro straps didn’t fitted around the pole, box was very damaged. I contacted the seller and they offered partial refund (get this) of $20.00 after I spent $155.95. On this piece of crap. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT POOR QUALITY

It’s a nice canopy. I own a few different quictent brand canopies. I wish the legs were a little sturdier when on the top height notch but it’s not a problem. Overa happy with it. Easy to take and and set up. Good quality tent.

Cheaply made. Broke the first time we used it. Total waste of money.I updated my review to 3 stars based on the customer service. They reached out immediately upon seeing my initial review to remedy the situation. They ended up sending a new tent to replace the original one that was broken. While I have not had a chance to use the new tent and determine if the quality is any better, I appreciate the great customer service!

Our family used the tent for a lake party. Easy to put up and take down. I love the wing options! The storage bag is a big plus too. This tent is a great fit for my family’s needs.

Like awning, to hard for one person to put up, really flimsy

Liked the fact that the top is waterproof and sloped good enough so water does not pool and damage the top. Screens are easy to drop to the ground if bad weather appears. Top comes off fast also. Screens and the material between them are a very good quality. Over all very good and we have had a large number screen tents in our long history and this is the best.

Upon attempting to assemble, I found that a small piece of the frame came already broken. I contacted Quictent for a replacement part and they were very difficult to work with — first taking many days to respond, then dancing around the issue like they were stalling for some reason. All-in-all it took six messages to Quictent and nearly a month from the time I ordered the canopy to when I could assemble it with the replacement part because the company refused to have prompt, effective customer service. Assembly was difficult, even with two people, as the legs did not snap easily into the holes provided. The finished, assembled canopy is attractive, but nothing special. Would not recommend simply due to the terrible customer service.
