Update: The company reached out to us after reading our review (below) and sent is a new frame. This was unexpected and awesome!! We are so happy. Their customer service is amazing! We do recommend that you take it down if there is going to be heavy rain (if it is not unexpected).Original: This 10x10 quick tent was absolutely great until it just broke. We bought it in June and used it many times up until today (mid-August). It rained unexpectedly today (hard) and the water, rather than rolling off the top, collected in big depressions on the top and ... snap -one of the support braces broke. That caused other parts to bend, collapse in. It's very disappointing because otherwise it was wonderful- easy to put up/take down and the mosquito netting worked especially well because of the velcro attachment. Wish the frame would have lasted - rest of it is still in good shape- would have been 5 stars.

This is EXACTLY what I needed to cover my outdoor table - the 10x10 is the perfect size - assembled easy - and me and my 10 year old Grandson were able to completely erect it without much effort. It comes in a nice 'rolling' bag.. about 5 foot tall.. and about 1' by 1' square. It also comes with 4 empty sand bags to fill and use for weight.. WARNING! - the little strap meant to LIFT the bag... only resulted in TEARING the bag open (see picture) - and the Zipper? Well, I wish it were of HEAVIER DUTY than the on on the front of my Jeans.. The teeth are 'very' small... and it's not rugged there at all.. I wish it had Velcro to hold the Flaps closed instead of always having to Zip up.. and Zip down. All in all, it is what I expected and it came in time for our Summertime fun!

We bought the 8x8 screenhouse. It holds a 3'x3' table, 2 zero gravity chairs, a picnic bench, 2 accessory tables, and a pedestal fan with a little room to spare. One of the legs was a little bent, which made it much harder to put up. A day or so after we put it up, there were storms with hail, torrential rain, and 60 mph gusts. The screen house held up perfectly. We'vehada few strong storms since, also with no problems. I attribute this to using 2 sets of solid weights on the legs, which I bought separately, screwing the legs into the deck, using bungee cords as tie downs for the top corners, and the screen house being about a foot from the house on one side, and located in the corner of our deck rails for added stablity. Also, the storm flaps - also purchased separately - were up, so there wasn't much wind resistance. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the one bent leg, and there is plastic peeling off the seams of the canopy, which I am concerned may compromise the waterproof canopy at the seams. At this point the canopy is perfectly waterproof. So far it's been great, and I definitely recommend it.

We bought this screened tent to put food in for an outdoor party. It only took 15 minutes to set up. In the midst of the party we had a pop-up windy thunderstorm. We got all the food back in the house, but left the tent up. It withstood the wind without a problem. Very sturdy, made well. All folds up easily and stored in a zippered case with handle and wheels. Very happy with the purchase.

So this product seemed like it was going to be great. As a 60 year old woman I put it up by myself. Super excited but then when I tried to put it away it was extremely difficult even with the help of men. The bag was so tight it was ridiculous. I returned it the next day. The company sent out another one, exactly the same product I didn’t even open it and returned it the next day. That was on August 8, 2023. I followed up on the return and was told they never received it until the 14th and it would take 2-3 weeks for it to process. What!!! Again ridiculous. Well they never returned the money to my account. Today Sept 9, 2023 it says they just received the product and the return will process in a couple of days. Again ridiculous! I have a very bad taste regarding this product and will be grateful to get my money back. If you like yours great 👍🏼 if they fix the storage bag it goes in, it may be a good product other than that I would pass on this one. Next…

I am very satisfied with this pop-up canopy. It is well designed and constructed - though, like so many others, not sufficiently sturdy to be left up during strong winds. But, the provided sturdy sand bags and tie down cords do a good job securing the frame. So, with stormy weather forcast, I leave the frame up, take the cover down and put it back on after the storm. Requires a little work, but I can manage it alone without help.The big plus for this canopy was the superb customer service provided by Quicktent, after I found some small cover tears had started where velcro is used for attachment to the frame. I sent an email with photos to the address they provide, got an immediate response from Cicely who arranged shipment of a replacement cover that arrived a few days later. So refreshing compared to my experiences with other companies customer service that, too often, are impenetrable stone walls.

Great size and has held up against Florida elements. Yes it is a team effort to set up but it's great and has hosted many BBQs. Highly recommend.

I wanted something that would be easy to put up and take down, ideally by myself. I am a female and could not put it up by myself. I spread the material but could not fix the legs to stand properly. However, when a contractor came in for something else, he put it up in three minutes (meaning fixed all the legs (they have to click on the top!). Better to have two people for setting it up, for sure.I use it as my outdoor office. I kept computer monitors inside the gazebo even during light rain when there is no wind. The rain does not go through the roof but can reach from the sides if the wind blows even a bit, sideways.In my area, there is is a lot of mosquitoes. However, zero mosquitoes inside the gazebo. It works great.I did not add any weight on the bottom. It’s been standing there for a month without any weight or attachment. There has been some windy weather with bad rain (the privacy shields at the back of gazebo fell down) but the gazebo did not move. Of course the recommendation is to attach it with something secure, but I didn’t.I have two kittens so I let them inside, however they already figured out how to get out by sneaking under the walls of gazebo (so this is not a permanent solution for cats.)Excellent gazebo. I would highly recommend it as a light option that can be easily removed for the winter.

Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage! It is not waterproof, arrived broken, cheap materials, ripped. I’ve tried contacting the company and they just haven’t bothered responding! I am very sad I wasted so much money on this!

After struggling for over an hour to get the top to click into place we gave up!!! Watched the video twice before we even received the shelter. Looked easy. And it was until it came time to get the legs to snap into place. So, it is all packed up ready to return. Disappointed to say the least. Way too much $$ to have this kind of struggle.All we can figure is......the 'button' does not line up with hole. Poorly engineered.

Product was what I expected. Great place to sit on my deck away from mosquitoes!
