Build isn't great.Putting it together is pretty janky. Unless I'm just missing a screw? Only got one screw which "secures" the NVME drive to the standoff. But the standoff is separate and doesn't really attach to the daughter board. It just slides through a hole with the bottom of it slightly bigger to stop it going all the way through. So when it's all attached you can just push the NVME drive and it'd bend down since the standoff just slides.The daughterboard slides into the casing and at the back is some soft material to help stop it from moving. Screwing in the metal face plate with the drive in causes the back of the case to bulge a bit and the front metal plate. From what I assume is because of the soft material. Once that's screwed in, you stick on a piece a black plastic like a sticker to cover the front up. Gotta make sure you put em on the right way to not cover the white LED too.The soft material at the back doesn't seem to help much either, the drive seems secure in there. Until you put it down or drop it like an inch and hear a slight rattle. Ignoring all that, it performs as expected of an nvme to usb3 enclosure.I honestly wouldn't recommend unless you really need the cheapest NVME to USB enclosure (when i purchased it anyway).

This has a really nice out side, the ssd fits on the board and the board fits in snug in the outside enclosure.It comes with a black plastic self adhesive cover for when you screw in the metal cover on.It comes with a blinking light to let you know its working, but if you don't want to see this, you can just turn the plastic cover around, as there is no hole on the other side of it.When put all together is a nice external ssd with a USB C connection.I would suggest this enclosure to any that is needed one.

At some point I have decided to upgrade my laptop by installing a 1TB PCIe SSD.I obviously needed a cloning solution for my existing HDD.The logical solution was this metallic enclosure. it is a portable enclosure that can support up to 2TB capacity SSDs with performance up to the 1GB/s mark.It is also compatible with Windows 7/8/10 and Mac OS.Overall, a very good chose for the money.Found myself that it is considerably faster than even Internal 2.5” SATA SSDs.

Firstly there is no wonder the high streets are disappearing when two clicks at 10pm on Saturday evening gets this product in my hand by 4pm on a Sunday amazing!Secondly this works just fine with the Nvme drive I've just removed from my x370 laptop. Nice and quick exactly what I needed to extract all the data off the drive used the thunderbolt usb-c port on the laptop very pleased

Simple and easy to setup with a NVMe drive. Works perfectly with a 2018 Mac Mini. Ultra fast and has been ultra reliable in daily use. Has been benchmarked using a Kingdian 1Tb drive faster than the Mac Mini’s internal SSD.

My laptop died and I needed something to get my data off the harddrive. That's where this little baby came in. What an exciting purchase.

Nice compact design, does what it’s supposed to do, nice heatsink built in. Got nothing negative to say about it.
