as others have said, this is not a base license, there is not key provided. you cannot license your Windows 2019 server with this. it is a core license that does nothing if you're just trying to license your base OS.

Do not waste money on it
This product does not a key, so it’s basically unusable. On the top of that amazon did not accept a return. Be careful and avoid it. Rather buy it directly from Microsoft
